Higher Volume Machines - Xerox 255/265/460/470/480/490 - These models make
from 55 - 90 copies per minute complete with variable position stapling, collating,
document handling, and two sided capabilities.  Our rental pricing is 1.5 cents
per copy for all copies made with a minimum billing of $99.00 per month.  This
includes the use of the copier, all parts, labor, service call charges, xerographic

would prefer a networked machine, the rental pricing would be 1.7 cents per
copy for all copies made, plus $.002 per scan and a minimum billing
of $99.00 per month.  This also includes the copier, all parts, labor, service call
charges, xerographic modules, and toner cartridges.    Network services available
for an additional charge.


Short Term Rentals are available from one day to one month:  Monthly rentals  
start at $40.00 per month plus $.05 per copy for all copies made.  Pricing may
vary depending on length of rental, location, and area rental will be placed.  
Please call for pricing on a rental of less than a month.  All rentals include
the copier, all parts, labor, service call charges, and toner/drum cartridges.  
If paper is to be supplied, please add $.01 to the per copy charge.  There is
also a delivery fee due upon install that varies depending on location.
