service call charges, and all supplies except
paper.  We do not require time binding
agreements!*

SMALL BLACK & WHITE COPIERS:

Xerox Phaser 3635 MFP - 35 ppm, copying, printing, scanning, and optional fax.  Basic
monthly rental pricing with fax is $39.00 per month plus 3 cents per copy for all copies made;
without fax pricing is $35.00 per month plus 3 cents per copy for all copies made.*




MEDIUM BLACK & WHITE AND COLOR COPIERS:

Xerox WorkCentre 6605 - prints 36 pages per minute black and color.  Our monthly
rental pricing for this machine is $42.00 per month plus $.035 per black copy and $.14 per
color copy.  There would also be an installation fee due upon installation.  This rental
includes the copier, all parts, labor, service call charges, and toner/drum cartridges.   Please

Xerox 123/128 Copier Family - prints 23/28 pages per minute, options include printing,
faxing, and scanning - networkable, up to 11" x 17" copies.  Monthly rental pricing is from
$40.00 - $99.00 per month*.  This rental plan includes the copier, all parts, labor, service
call charges, and toner/drum cartridges - excludes the paper.  For more specific

Short Term Monthly Rental:  $35.00 per month plus 3 cents per copy

Xerox 5632 Copier - 32 ppm, copying, printing, scanning capabilities.  Purchase price of
this reconditioned Xerox 5632 is $1,850.00.  Rental pricing for WC5632 is $99.00 per month
plus $.02 per copy over 3000 copies per month.

HI VOLUME BLACK & WHITE COPIERS:


WorkCentrePro Copiers - These copiers make 65 - 90 copies per minute and have
variable position stapling, collating, document handling, scanning, printing, up to 11" x 17"
copying, and two sided capabilities - networkable.  Basic monthly rental pricing for an
unconnected machine is 1.5 cents per copy for all copies made with a minimum billing of
$100.00 per month.*  This rental plan includes the copier, all parts, labor, service call
charges, and toner/drum cartridges -- excludes paper.  (We offer 8 1/2" x 11" standard copy

Xerox 5655 - 55 ppm, copying, printing, scanning capabilities.  Purchase price is $1,900.00.
Maintenance Agreement on customer owned WC5655 -$54.00 per month plus $.015 per
copy.  Rental Pricing:  $129.00 per month plus $.02 per copy over 3000 copies per month.


*Pricing may vary due to options (options include printing, faxing, and scanning, etc.) and
other factors.  Our rental plans include the copier, all parts, labor, service call charges and  
toner/drum cartridge.    The equipment may be new or used (reconditioned).  We do not
require time binding agreements.  Delivery fees and deposit are due upon delivery of the
machine depending on location and other factors.  Network services available for an
additional charge.
